TRAINING WITH CROSSFIT 212

September, 1985, 5:30am. I was 13 years old.  My Dad sent me on a warmup lap around our neighborhood block before we started our lifting routine in the basement. Squats, Deadlift, Press, Chin-up…it was a routine he picked up on in the Navy. Fast forward 27 years….CrossFit 212 was built to capture the magic of “the workout” by bringing forth my life experiences, education and professional experience to get you in the best shape of your life using the most effective and fun workout experience I’ve ever used, CrossFit.
